90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first order, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost.
This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.
You may open and try one pouch. Any additional pouches must remain unopened and sealed.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
To request a refund, please contact our support team. We will provide return authorisation and instructions.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after returned items are received and inspected.
Bundle Orders (Buy One Get One, Buy Two Get Two, Buy Three Get Three)
Bundle pricing reflects a discounted per-pouch rate.
If part of a bundle is returned, the order will be recalculated using the standard single-pouch price of $39.95 per unit for any items kept.
The remaining balance will be refunded.
Example: If you purchase a Buy Three Get Three bundle (six pouches), keep two pouches, and return four unopened pouches, the order will be recalculated at $39.95 × 2 = $79.90. The difference between the recalculated total and the original purchase price will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
Returns
Returns require prior authorisation from our support team.
To qualify for a return:
• Unopened pouches must remain sealed and undamaged
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect
• Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected
Subscription Orders
Subscription renewals are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. No cancellation fees apply.

Cancellation confirmation will be sent by email.
If a cancellation request is received after billing but before shipment, please contact support immediately. While we will do our best to stop the shipment, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment processing has started.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order before shipment, contact support as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible items may still be returned under the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support within 14 days of delivery.
After review, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
In most cases, damaged items do not need to be returned.
